Professional Development
The Rebecca Center prides itself on providing unique, creative, and effective music therapy. Since our inception, we have been recognized and praised for employing some of the finest music therapists in New York. Because we realize that our most prized "possession" is our clinicians, we have launched our Professional Development Program, exclusive for Rebecca Center employees.
Our Professional Development Program goes beyond the term 'training,' with its implications of learning skills. It includes formal and informal means of helping our therapists not only enhance their clinical skills, but also develop new insights into the therapeutic process and their own practice. In addition, it includes looking outside the field of music therapy and examining other disciplines and approaches.
