Sponsoring Children

Are you aware that there are hundreds of special needs children in our community in need of help? Help provide a unique and creative music therapy program for an underprivileged child.

The Rebecca Center for Music Therapy partially underwrites nearly 1000 music therapy sessions per year! However, funding is limited and the demand for our program continues to grow each year (our waiting list has nearly doubled this year!). WE NEED YOUR HELP. Help by sponsoring sn underprivileged special needs child.

Your sponsorship will help provide music therapy for a special needs child of an underprivileged family. By sponsoring a child, EVERY CENT of your tax-deductible contribution will go towards servicing that child. If you’re unable to sponsor a child alone, ask a group of friends if they would be interested in help bringing the gifts of music to a special child by co-sponsoring with you. You can make a difference!

Sponsoring a special needs child for one year will:

• provide the child with 35 music therapy sessions conducted by a team of therapists (primary therapist & co-therapist)
• provide documentation time for each session being conducted
• provide parents with a treatment plan
• provide for parent conferences and progress reports

Sponsoring a special needs child for one half (1/2) year will:

• provide the child with 24 individual music therapy sessions conducted by a team of therapists (primary therapist & co-therapist)
• provide documentation time for each session being conducted
• provide parents with a treatment plan
• provide for parent conferences and progress reports

Sponsoring a special needs child for one trimester will:

• provide the child with 11 individual music therapy sessions conducted by a team of therapists (primary therapist & co-therapist)
• provide documentation time for each session being conducted
• provide parents with a treatment plan
• provide for parent conferences and progress reports
